My name is Carole Debbane and I'm the founder of 82 Social Kitchen.

I was born in Lebanon, and despite a civil war that tore my native country apart for many years, I grew up amidst contrasts. My mother had a gift for making things beautiful and creating scenes and tables that were new and unique and different every time. When I left home the first time I realised I loved cooking. When I divorced and left home the second time I realised I loved hosting, cooking, creating and I manifested my home that has soul, and beauty and where people love to come and feel inspired as well as nourished.
